The rock Budvar Fest enters its fourth year this Saturday

The fourth year of the Budvar fest rock festival takes place during the forthcoming weekend at the parking lot of the Sokol sports club. The event is organised by Budweiser Budvar N.C on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. Ten musical formations will perform within this year’s Budvar Fest, with the participation of young and perspective bands like “The moor” from Brno along with established bands such as “Satisfucktion” and “Kurtizány z 25. avenue”. A two-hour long concert by Prague band of “Škwor” will provide the climax of the event.

“Nearly three thousand visitors came to last year’s Budvar Fest; we would like to even exceed that amount this year,” says Budweiser Budvar’s promotional events organiser Petr Klein. The visitors can enjoy also further programmes such as prize giving competitions or viewing the Malše river cut-off on a motor boat. Beer tents with the capacity of 600 places will be prepared for the case of unfavourable weather conditions as well as for the comfort of the visitors. The retail of Budweiser Budvar and Pardál drawn and bottled beer (including alcohol-free) will be provided, along with further refreshments. The entrance is free of charge.
