Pardál Echt Pale Lager from Budweiser Budvar Brewery was awarded a bronze medal in the 12th “European Beer Star”. The results of this prestigious competition were presented at the important brewing fair BrauBeviale in Nuremberg yesterday.
“It is a huge success as the competition was big and the judges particularly experienced. At the same time, it is a tribute to all drinkers who participated in fine-tuning the qualities of Pardál Echt lager in 2009,” says Budweiser Budvar’s brewing master Adam Brož, Ph.D., MBA, who accepted the prize in person. Pardál Echt Pale Lager has already won three medals at prestigious international competitions, the most valuable being a bronze medal from the world's largest and most renowned competition World Beer Cup 2014. In 2010, Pardál Echt was awarded a gold Monde Selection medal.
